What is Direct Primary Care?

No co-pays. No insurance. Unlimited Visits.
$74 Monthly Membership Subscription.

For less than many cell phone bills, your recurring monthly membership subscription will guarantee you access to quality, convenient primary healthcare with UNLIMITED visits.

A one-time patient registration fee of $100 is required. Like a cell phone or cable bill, your monthly membership fees are due every month, regardless of whether or not you take advantage of your included services.

Patients must be at least 16 years old.

What is DPC?

In short, Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an exciting and innovative new approach to primary healthcare.

8 Flags Direct Primary Care provides convenient, accessible, personalized, and affordable primary healthcare services to our patients and was founded by Jan Carver, a board-certified nurse practitioner.

All the services offered by 8 Flags DPC are performed by a board-certified nurse practitioner.

Unlike other, more expensive services, we are very affordable. For less than most cell phone bills, cable bills, and internet bills, patients can enjoy highly personalized, quality primary healthcare services for one low recurring monthly membership subscription.

Ever-increasing insurance premiums and deductibles, coupled with expensive co-pays, long wait times, and lack of convenience force many people to not seek medical attention when they're sick. And if they do seek medical help at an urgent care facility or an ER, they often are met with high fees. 8 Flags DPC is different...we're affordable and convenient.

As a member of 8 Flags DPC, you can connect with your healthcare provider from home, on vacation, at work...virtually from anywhere!

We offer same day and next day appointments, in-office, by phone, text, email, or video conference...all for one low monthly membership fee.

We believe this is the way primary care should be.

We don't bill or work with insurance companies, and we're not an insurance substitute.

Patients must be at least 16 years old.

How it Works

How are we different?

We believe that qualified, compassionate, and competent medical care should be accessible to everyone, and at affordable monthly rates.

That's why 8 Flags Direct Primary Care was founded...to make it easy for everyday people to get the healthcare they need without jumping through insurance-driven hoops.

For a low monthly membership subscription, our patients enjoy unlimited visits...by phone, virtual presence, or in-office with Jan Carver, your board-certified nurse practitioner. And if a little more care is needed, our members pay low fees for services like injections, house calls, and medication management.

Patient Stories

“I was really unhappy with my primary doctor. My old provider was more interested in typing notes rather than listening to what was going on with me. I'm so glad I found Jan Carver and 8 Flags DPC! Jan takes the time to actually listen."

Sven, 24
